Connect a PCIe M.2 SSD (NVMe or AHCI) to your computer through PCI Express for ultra-fast data access
Get ultra-fast data access by adding a PCIe M.2 SSD to your existing computer. This adapter lets you add a high-speed, 4-lane M.2 SSD (PCIe-based), such as a Samsung 950 Pro or Samsung SM 951, to a PC with an available x4 PCI Express expansion slot. You can mount the PCIe M.2 drive directly onto the adapter, giving you an easy and convenient way to improve your system performance and expand overall internal storage.
Boost your system speed and performance
The expansion card lets you take full advantage of the fast performance and compact size of PCIe M.2 internal solid-state drives. The adapter connects directly to your computer motherboard to support an M.2 PCIe-based SSD (NVMe or AHCI) through ultra-fast x4 PCIe. The adapter is compatible with PCIe 3.0 motherboards and is also backward compatible with PCIe 2.0 and PCIe 1.0. With the M.2 PCIe based drive in place, the adapter gives your computer a significant speed boost.
Supports PCIe M.2 SSDs
The adapter supports PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe (M Key) and PCIe-AHCI M.2 SSDs including 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110 drives. The expansion slot adapter supports the most common drive sizes including 110 mm, 80 mm, 60 mm and 42 mm.
Easy to install
The expansion card is equipped with a full-profile bracket and includes a half-height/low-profile bracket, for installation in small form-factor computers.

Add 2 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 (USB 3.2 Gen 1) ports to your PCI Express-enabled PC
The PEXUSB3S25 2-Port PCI Express USB 3.2 Gen 1 Card lets you add two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports to your PCI Express-enabled computer system, with an optional LP4 power connector to connect to your system power supply and deliver up to 900mA of power per port to USB 3.2 Gen 1 bus-powered devices (500mA for USB 2.0).
Enhanced with UASP support (USB Attached SCSI Protocol), this USB 3.2 Gen 1 controller performs up to 70% faster than conventional USB 3.2 Gen 1 when paired with a UASP supported enclosure (Note: UASP is not supported by all operating systems). Using a more efficient protocol than the traditional USB BOT (Bulk-Only Transport), UASP technology optimizes transfers by allowing multiple commands to be processed simultaneously, significantly increasing transfer speeds for less wait time on data transfers. See our UASP test results below for further details.
The PCIe USB 3.2 Gen 1 adapter is compliant with USB 3.2 Gen 1 standards for data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps, while still offering backward compatibility with existing USB 2.0 / 1.1 devices. For added versatility, the controller card is equipped with a standard profile bracket and includes a low-profile/half-height bracket for installation in small form-factor computers.
Backed by a StarTech.com 2-year warranty and free lifetime technical support.
Improved Performance with UASP
UASP is supported in Windows® 8, 8.1, Server 2012 and Linux kernel 2.6.37 or later. In testing UASP performed with up to a 70% faster read / 40% faster write speed over traditional USB 3.2 Gen 1 at peak performance.
At the same peak in testing, UASP also showed up to an 80% reduction in required processor resources.
Test results were obtained using an Intel® Ivy Bridge system, StarTech.com add-on USB 3.2 Gen 1 cards, a UASP-enabled StarTech.com enclosure, and a SATA III solid state drive.

Convert your CFast card into a 2.5in SATA drive for faster data transfer
Now you can use your CFast memory card like a standard 2.5" SATA solid-state drive. This unique adapter lets you access and recover data from a CFast card through SATA at faster data transfer speeds.
Turn CFast into SATA with ease
This CFast to SATA adapter creates a permanent conversion from CFast to SATA for use inside small form factor or embedded solutions. The drive frame and the connector on the adapter mimic the exact size and connector location of a 2.5" SATA hard drive.
Standard 2.5" housing allows the converted card to be installed into a laptop or other standard mounting bracket. Once the CFast card is mounted inside this adapter, you can use it just like a 2.5" SATA drive - in your laptop, docking station, enclosure or desktop computer.
Access your data faster with SATA performance
Transfer data from your CFast card to your PC through SATA, with file transfer speeds of up to 6 Gbps. You can offload data from your DSLR cameras and camcorders, or transfer graphic design files, videos and other files from your CFast card.
Faster file transfer speeds means you'll spend less time waiting for file transfers to complete. The actual speed will depend on the speed of the CFast media.
Engineered with a durable protective housing, the CFAST2SAT25 adapter is backed by a StarTech.com 2-year warranty and free lifetime technical support.
The StarTech.com Advantage
- Make your CFast card work like a 2.5in SATA SSD - Supports SATA III with data transfer speeds of up to 6 Gbps - SATA and power combo connector (7 + 15 pin) - same as a 2.5" SATA hard drive
